Little Caesars Pizza - Elizabeth City

Good pizza at a good value best pizza for a reasonable price, but not near as good as an Italian restaurant pizza, but it is just about a third of the price

Can be slow if short-staffed, even when using the app. Great food option for low priced hot pizza and wings. Drinks are optional.

I have been in there 2 times since my last visit last visit and this now makes my 3rd. Every time I have been in since, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY COMMON ITEMS ready to order.. every time they quote me between 10 and 20 minutes. The one time I took them up on this, it took 35 minutes... there is also no personal interaction, they won't even look you in the eye and sre just regurgitating a script. This is terrible customer service at a management level.

This place is always over packed with waiting customers. Staff is slow. Everytime we have gone in, you can hear the staff in the back complain about how long they have been working, that they are understaffed, and they don't get a break...ummm....when your customer can hear you complaining they don't want to return! You know when lunch and dinner rush is....so what's the big deal, and why does it take 45 minutes for two pepperoni pizzas? Pizza is ok, not a fan of the staff, they are rude and have no customer service skills.

No major complaints. Food was hot and ready. Service was and not disappointing. There was a small wait to order but it was not bad enough to complain. Kids liked the pizza. Only reason for less than 5 stars is the location. It can be a bit of a struggle to get back on the road in the direction you need to go. Also, the shopping center is not as clean as it could be. Parking lot and drives are in bad need of updates.
