Subway - Elgin

Always an amazing experience when I visit this location. Quick and awesome service ?. My go-to spot for lunch.

Everytime I walk into this place, the manager, Rush, never fails to put a smile on my face with a warm welcome. There is never any issue with adding more toppings and the employees aren’t stingy with ingredients like other locations. The atmosphere great, the service is great, all around great. Definitely the best service I’ve received in any Subway.

Great customer service. Bharat was great made the footlongs exactly as requested. Would definitely go back soon.

This is one of my favorite places to eat from! The sandwich artists are always respectful, and they make delicious sandwiches!! Mr.B always remembers my order with a smile on his face. 10/10

There is one guy with Green eyes who always talks to us in Spanish which is fine but he gets mad if you don’t respond back in Spanish. This guy I believe used to or still does work in the spring street location in south elgin too, he claims he was a Spanish teacher and tries to tell my mom who is from Mexico that she doesn’t say the right words in Spanish. It’s just an overall annoying experience every time we come in and he helps us especially when he doesn’t even speak Spanish very good, it’s a very weird and awkward time he was almost like yelling at my mom today it made it uncomfortable.
