Bidra med feedbackQuick and polite service at the drive thru. The person who took my order repeated it back to me over the speaker, and again at the window. My coffee was exactly what I ordered and piping hot, and my bagel was perfectly toasted and even wrapped with precision. So far, this is the best experience I've had compared to several other Dunkin Donuts in the area.
The guy working earlier this morning was very polite, fast and efficient. Food was Hot fresh and prepared well not thrown together as some place are prone to do... Thanks for great service so early in the morning!
They forgot the food in our mobile order, and didn't do light ice as we requested (the cups were 3/4 full of ice), but they guy was nice, hence the 2 stars. Otherwise, we most likely won't return. 4 people on staff and only the guy giving us our orderseemed to be actually working.

Have them another shot and they were closed way earlier than 10. Just sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer. Even drove up to the window. There appeared to be no one inside, with 2 cars parked. What are your employees doing on the clock? Lasttime I came here, they gave my drink to the guy ahead of me and let him keep it in his car for the 5 minutes it took them toremake it. Then they tried to hand it off to me!! That?s disgusting, what if he tasted it or had covid? Not to mention it wasmelting. Then she gave me attitude when I politely asked for a new one.
