Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Wine

Came in for a meal at the bar. Complete chaos. Ordered an old fashioned and it was just thrown on the bar and slid over without any sort of recognition. Bar was never wiped down. Manager was yelling at the bartender about other stuff, cocktail napkins strewn across the floor. I knew within 2 minutes I had to go. Finished my drink and left.

We originally had a reservation, but decided to sit in the bar to watch the game and have a steak sandwich that's only available in the bar area. The service was fabulous. They let me sample a wine, made recommendations for beverages and food and were very attentive given the holiday crowd. The other patrons at the bar were friendly and it made for a great dining experience.

Food was good. Drinks were spot on. Service was great. I had the dry rubbed age rib eye. Hmmm I have had better, I think it was the rub. Meat was good though. I think the other rib eye would have been more my taste. The group said the Tomahawk was Excellent! Looked a bit on the small side though. They finished it. Usually I feed 2 on that cut. Overall great place.

My waitress Jackson made my wife's birthday a lot more enchanting.

We were seated on time once the entire party arrived. The wait staff were attentive, however they forgot to bring the shrimp cocktail and I had to ask for it. It was taken off my bill because of the tardiness. The food was delicious: fresh oysters on the half shell, ribeye, filet mignon with lobster tails and crab legs, sirloin steak, and salmon. The meats were cooked perfectly but I forgot to order a sauce for my steak and it was not offered either by the waiter. The side dishes were delicious- broccolini, creamed spinach (the best), Chipotle Mac cheese, flemings potatoes and loaded baked potatoes. However one of the flemings potato dishes was a bit overcooked and quite crispy on the top but the potatoes underneath tasted good. The Flemings salad was also very good. The cheesecake was also delicious- took that home as I was stuffed. We were celebrating my daughter's graduation from college, she was given a small box of chocolates which was a nice touch and given a card of congratulations with all the wait staff signatures, very thoughtful and made her feel special. The Manager came by our table to enquire how everything was going and congratulated my daughter. Nice quiet atmosphere. Food is expensive but worth it. Will definitely return.
