Waba Grill - El Rio

A very average WaBa location. The food was okay and seemed consistent to other WaBa locations. The person at the register taking orders was not very friendly. He wasn’t rude or mean, just not welcoming. I placed my order and got my food relatively fast. I ordered the steak and chicken plate combo. The food was fine and it tasted as expected. Nothing great, nothing terrible; just right in the middle. Overall, an average meal with a below average atmosphere and service.

They are rude and very stingy with her hot sauce. If they're going to be so annoying about it why not just charge for the damn hot sauce . If you buy five bowls they literally give you two small packages and if you ask them for more they give you attitude.

Quick and easy to go or dine in place. Delicious selections from fish to meats and even vegetarian options. Recommend to anyone looking for a quick lunch or dinner.

This location was definitely run by the owner. I got a family meal and it was short on meat, short on rice and the mixed veggies were legit 90% cabbage!! It was a grumpy asian lady working there, no other workers. Definitely the owner trying to save money!! Go to a different location, you'll get waaay more! Try the one on Channel Islands. I go out of my way to go to that one instead, its worth it

A bit too expensive for steak plate. It's cut to tiny little strips steak. Salad on the side was kinda dry with little dressing.
