Whataburger - El Paso

The burger was excellent! The service could have been a bit friendlier.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We ordered our food but weren't given our cups. When we asked about it, the cashier seemed confused and unhelpful. Despite there being many employees working, none of them offered assistance. We also had to wait quite a while for an item that was missing from our order. Only one employee was wearing a mask while the others were not. We tried the chili cheese burger and the chili cheese fries, and I do not recommend them. The chili was not warm and there were more fries than cheese. Some of the fries were undercooked. I suggest trying a different location if you're in the mood for Whataburger, as I do not recommend this particular restaurant.

The waitress at the cash register was extremely unsanitary. She only wore one glove and used it to handle money, touch the counter, open the door, and even put the hash browns in the fryer. My breakfast was overly greasy and disgusting. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was ironic that she was also wearing a mask.

Stopped here for breakfast while on our way to Colorado. Love it when the Drive-Thru gets orders right, right down to the condiments. No disappointing surprises, and the pancakes are fluffier than anywhere else!

Came here after a long road trip and dined in with a pretty big order from the family! Food came out pretty good and fast and Phillip went above and beyond to fix a few missing items and offer a few extra sauces and condiments! Really great customer service to make us feel appreciated! Will come back next time I'm in town!
