The food is good but the customer service could use improvement. I think its wrong and unprofessional when the employees are on the phone taking on personal calls in front of the customer and blowing off the tables. Like please go do that in your own personal time. Its rude.

The best Mexican food of El Paso city , no other place like this! The best bone broth soup , barbacoa tacos and huge natural water !

Delicious and quality food! A great variety of food and drinks! They have aguas frescas, coffee, fountain drinks, beers, wines, and cocktails! The entrees cover the great standards of Mexican food, specialties, seafood, burgers, steaks and appetizers. The quantities are very generous and you definitely get your money's worth! The environment is very welcoming and has a homey feeling. The service is very friendly and courteous! They are speedy with their service, the time of food coming out and presentation is amazing and does not suffer with their speed! Definitely a place to frequent and recommend to others! They provide dine in, food to go and large platters to go to be able to take to events or social gatherings.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and was impressed by the fantastic specials and reasonable prices. The waitress greeted us with complimentary chips and salsa, which were excellent. We ordered the enchilada plate, the flautas plate, and some hibiscus drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. The food was wonderful— the flautas plate featured six flautas accompanied by beans, rice, and salad, while the enchilada plate consisted of three enchiladas along with beans, rice, and salad. They also offer a selection of beer and wine. Overall, a great dining experience!

My boyfriend and I live downtown and decided to try out Ciro's on a Tuesday evening. It was a calm night, but the tacos were fantastic! I had the barbacoa tacos and an olive Clamato, but my absolute favorite was the baked potato that came with my boyfriend's pork belly tacos. Everything was delicious! You should definitely check out this place!
