Denny's - El Paso

Our daughter wanted to eat at Denny's for her birthday. Our family habitually dine at another Dennys with excellent food and service but decided to go to Dennys on Gateway West next to the Social Security Office to save time. We were seated, ordered, and proceeded to wait for our food. I ordered my usual..Veggie omelet cooked well-done...or just a little longer than usual. We waited a while for our food. When received it was cold. In addition, my omelet was not an omelet. It was one egg with some laid on top of the egg. Waitress stated she misunderstood. Why not clarify? I asked if I am going to pay for the non-omelet because obviously I didn't get what I asked for. My husband asked for syrup and she grabbed the dirty one off the table next to us. Yuck. I asked for a clean one and she had the audacity to argue with me about it. Rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Post-COVID?! This is the first time EVER I did not enjoy my food at Dennys. Unfortunately for her, I usually leave large tips and I did not this time. Maybe she had a long day...I don't know, however, I do understand dealing with customers all day and a pleasant attitude goes a long way. I did get $5.00 off at the end. Will we return to that Dennys? Never! Also, the restaurant could use a good deep clean. If it is dirty in the customer area, I can only imagine the kitchen. Never again!!

This Dennys has always had good food and great service. The manager Sam is always walking the floor interacting with the customers making sure that every need is met.

I just wanna say this dennys had slow service and watered down lemonade which was extremely disappointing, they had alr food but overall was disappointed yet again, i hade hope for you dennys but you let me down, its okay tho you dont have to be sorry...be different -a hopeful, nevertheless, betrayed customer

Food is delicious. Service was outstanding! The restroom situation, maybe it was just that day but wow worst experience for a restaurant I have ever seen. Seriously feels more sanitary to go outside in the bushes.

Ms. Maria, our waitress was amazing. She was super busy, but she always ensured that our drinks were filled, always checking on us. I definitely come back. Large staff
