Toro Burger - El Paso

So the service is just terrible. Sat here for 3 hours, and the server was inattentive. Had to order things twice just for them to think about it. Felt ignored.

Great place for Burgers....my favorite is the Blue Burger and the Kobe Burger...get it with the truffle fries and a beer and it's amazing...my wife and kids are always happy when we go here...dont forget the fried pickles!

Nothing that great, but it was ok. Bathroom could use some fixing up.

The service is terrible, the girl who served us was very rude and didn't come over to see if we needed anything. When I paid my bill he gave me a receipt, and he took the receipt and the money and never gave me the change back. I was waiting for change to tip more. I waited like 5 minutes for my change and he never returned it. I only saw her in the back talking with her coworkers. I don't recommend this place at all.

I drove across town to have a veggie burger. I get there and order a Chuco Lager . Server comes back and says we are out . I should have left at this point, because it goes downhill the rest of the night! OK, do you have Blue Moon? Yes . OK, I 'll take a Blue Moon with an orange slice. Server comes back with Blue Moon, no orange slice. We are out of orange slices . I 'm like, OK, I wish you would have told me no orange slices since Blue Moon without an orange slice is not OK, but kept it to myself, even though I should have sent it back. Are you ready to order? Yes, I 'll take the black bean burger and sea salt fries . 5 or 10 minutes later the chef from the kitchen comes walking out waving a ticket at server shaking his head. She gets the ticket and heads my way. I 'm like great, no black bean burger, right? Server says correct . OK, do you have the portobello burger? Let me check . Server checks, yes, we have it. OK, I 'll take that instead. While waiting for my burger I see the chef in the kitchen eating his own dinner. I am not sure that is really cool to be eating while you are preparing food, but OK. I finally get my food and portobello burger was OK. Nothing to write home about. Most of the fries were runts , short pieces, not long and were kind of hard, almost like they were cooked once, and then thrown back in the fryer to heat them up again. All-in-all, not a great experience. Server 's attitude was emotionless.
