Taco Bell - El Dorado

The price on the Party Pack went up considerably. I was visibly upset and complaining to my husband on the phone and asking if I should still buy it. Some girl with heavy emo eye makeup was laughing at me and when I got home I discovered why. I only had 11 tacos and I believe it was on purpose, I was not even yelling at them. I was talking to my husband to make sure we could afford it. The company raised the price like $5 and then I was jipped a $1.82 taco. We are on a strict budget and decided to splurge on fast food that we hardly ever do. I won't be going there again. Taco Bell is not great already and the price is ridiculous and the service was awful. I truly believe they did jip me a taco on purpose.

I eat there almost every day. Food is fresh and tasty. Friendly service.

Chalupa's were barely warm. Shells stale. Taco was the same. Pepsi was good.I have had excellent food here in the past. Maybe an off day for Taco Bell.

The people are usually rude and act like your bothering them when you come in for food. They usually leave their outside lights off towards the evening to detour people from coming in. I usually drive to the Andover one if I want food.

This specific TB has changed so much in the last few years. We try to give places many chances, we understand off day, short staff, etc. So many issues, food is not made right, charged for food and not received. Most recently, order 6 bean rice burritos, 15+ min wait in the drive thru, with 1 car in front of us. (Cannot get out,.once in this line vehicle is behind you). Lobby hasn't been open. We will not return. Not acceptable, it should be a cheap, quick place. If we get a want for TB, we find one in another town we are visiting.
