Prasek's Family Smokehouse - El Campo

I'll stick with Bucees in Wharton. Better food, more restrooms, cleaner restrooms, better service, no long lines at the cash registers. Location needs updating and better layout to handle customer flow. I understand this is a long standing community favorite. With a little attention, it could still be that and handle customers from the ever-increasing traffic flow on the highway as well.

I bought Prasek's pork and beef sausage at my small town grocery store because it was local product. Paid a little more than I would have for national brands but oh my heaven this sausage is amazing. This is my second purchase. Not greasy, wonderful flavor. I will keep paying more to buy this brand. Thank you! Keep doing what you are doing!

Favorite was te pea salad and coleslaw. Meat was a bit salty for our taste, but we don't like alot of salt. Squash side was really good too. Atmosphere great, shopping great! Fun stop between Houston and Corpus Christi.

We love stopping here for the selection of smoked meats and sausage. My wife and I got a pound of their beef and pork dry sausage sticks. We stopped to use the restrooms too and I'd mistakenly compared their cleanliness to a giant chain nearby....I was wrong.....minus one star.....they have sink faucets with sensors and we agree that we dislike these dudes, anywhere. The restrooms were ok, just not as clean as the giant competitor down the road.

I did not realize that this is listed as a restaurant. I thought it was a Fantastic convenience store. Like a Four Seasons convenience store! An amazing place to stop and refresh. I loved the shopping inside. I highly recommend!!!!
