Panda Express - El Cajon

We used to like this restaurant a lot but what used to be heaping sides of rice or chow mein has turned into very small portions. I’d order two plates or an extra side to be full.

I like this location a lot. The food always taste delicious, the temperature on the food is always right, and the restaurant is well-maintained. The customer service is okay, maybe they're just always busy, but they're just never friendly or welcoming.This location get packed right after work!

Asked why they were putting it in a bowl when they've always put in in the entree container, told me they've always done it this way. First time for me! If I ask for one or two entree's, they use big container. Ask for a bowl, they give you a bowl. I'msure they are cutting costs by giving you less food, which is fine, everybody's doing it, but telling me it was always that wayis incorrect and I don't appreciate being told I'm wrong when I'm not. If they were new, they should have said that so I couldhave had them all another employee.

Wow i really dont like giving bad reviews but these time i will these panda has change a lot food was cold old teriyaki chicken was old orange chicken old there was no fresh food and the server rude really rude they weresvin me like i was a kid..and i ask for more food and guy was rude man reallly these panda was terrible..i dnt know what happen the these restaurant iwont be going back and trust me we love panda express but today wa sbad experience 7/11/22

Food was as good as any other Panda in Tucson. Service is always good here, never had a complaint.
