Gasthaus Sandwirt Beim Kesserfall

We had a nice lunch after a walk to the waterfall. best carving I have polluted our stay in Austria. the black Johannisbeer strudel was delightful and the service was most attentive and friendly. highly recommended.

We thought only for a drink at the exploration of the kesserfall ****, it was very pleasant and the staff was helpful. we enjoyed the homemade cold drinks we were served. that was eating well, but we had none.

We are there for a trip in kesserfall and we discovered this restaurant right at the beginning of the walk. So we decided to eat there at lunchtime, and I must say that we have eaten a wonderful semriacherschnitzel and a classic Wienerschnitzel. the price quota was really good. the restaurant also offers some river/sea fish. if you're close, go in there, you won't regret it.

After the round hike through the cauldron comb (triit € 2,-) for the preservation of the stable - should also really be paid, which unfortunately do not all make) past the stone tor and the somewhat steep descent, it went to the gas house sandwirt (larger groups, should reserve a table from the hike in summer, as for example at the weekend very friendly. the food is served quickly and freshly prepared. it tasted us, I had a grill plate, my wife the cheese, and our sohn a portion pommes, very good.The portions were large, so we took the self-made blackberry whirlpool home.We were here for the second time to eat, but certainly not for the last time.A very clear recommendation from us!

Quiet location, great food and a good wine! recommended is the semriacher schnitzel, but also all the other foods of my fellow friends were excellent!
