Bidra med feedbackThe place itself is very simple, but the breakfast was great! Really enjoyed the house made Marmelade! On the main road.
Looking for a great place in town to relax in comfy leather chairs and induge in a great cup of cap. esspresso or regular? Stop at the Bonnechere River Cafe for a delicious dessert too. Even wi-fi here and art by a local artist.
We had breakfast here a few times when we were in town. The staff is limited and stretched. Eating is a little fat. Not as good as it is.
This was our first stop on a long motor trip out west. We needed fuel to keep going so stopped as we always do on long trips for a late cooked breakfast. We are always searching for good home cooking instead of fast food. We...definitely found what we were looking for at the Bonnechere Cafe in Eganville. The veggie omelette I ordered was chock full of vegetables even celery, which I had never had in an omelette before and it gave it a very satisfying crunch. The decor is by other than a professional. Its amusing and very much reflects the personality of the cook.
Food is good. Coffee is really bad. Tables are small and wobbly. Servers are not well presented even for casual service. More appropriate for a backyard bbq. Bathroom is very clean and roomy.
