Nuovo Bistro - Edmonton

Nuovo Bistro is amazing! We have dined there multiple times and the food and service (especially Kirsten!) have always been top-notch. Everyone we have brought there has been thoroughly impressed by how fantastic the restaurant is!

I tried Nuovo for the first time and it won't be my last visit. The portion of delicious Spaghetti Pulpo was generous, the Bruschetta was to-die-for, and the special penne with spicy Italian sausage in cream tomato sauce was amazing. Mama mia!

Second time around, this time we brought a couple friends. We had a great time and the food was once again fantastic. The service was excellent and the portions were large. We had the mussels and arancini to start and they were excellent. All of our pasta dishes were tasty and priced right! The only thing I would suggest is some louder background music, but we were all laughing and talking so loud it may not have made a difference. See you next time!

I have eaten here about ten times and the food has always been excellent. The waitstaff a re pleasantly unintrusive but very friendly; far more agreeable then the stock 'How are we today ' 'enjoy ' 'how are the first bites ' patter you get in the chains.

We recently celebrated a friend's birthday at Nuovo with our family. We were impressed with all the pasta dishes and steak appetizers. The service was excellent, with friendly waitstaff and amazing chefs. The value for the quality of the food was great, and we found the Italian cuisine to be very authentic. We highly recommend this restaurant!
