Masala Wok - Edmonton

On the 13th august I ordered small tablet (good for 6-8 people) chili chicken and especially mentioned to make it without tweeting and green tweeting. they took the order and assured me that it will be after demand. I went to pick up and confirmed with the personal back on no onions and the personal said it was made as desired. when I came home and found tweeting, I called masala wok and informed her about her mistake, the personal that answered the phone, said it was not possible because she had packed the tablet myself, I took a picture and sent her to her Whatsapp number and after looking apologise and told me that next time I should go somewhere else. there was nothing they can do now. I was angry at her answer and told the customer rude to go to another place. I asked to speak to the owner and she refused to give it to the owner. she said she was the one who took care of the restaurant. I asked again to speak to the owner, and then she gave him another staff who called himself manager of the restaurant. at this point I was not interested in talking to any personal, and this manager tells me very rude, what is their problem, just go a few other places next time, and I will not give the phone to the manager. I asked about her name and she refused to give it, I asked to speak to the owner again, and she refused and did not join them. I have hung up the phone because you behavior was not professional at all, I will never go to this place and recommend no one. my entire group for 50 people has chosen a place where the personal has no ethics and professionalism, how to talk to the customer and the owners who do not want to be responsible for the error made in their order. it's a shame about this business.

We ordered eating via phone and the dame properly supported us to get the item nicely combined. great indo Chinese taste. really loved the taste and the amount. suppe and hakka noodles were excellent. wants to order again

Last week I thought to let this restaurant dip, and now it's my biggest mistake. I was asked by person of the reception, from which country I am, and the reception told me that waschroom is for the people who come. for dinner, I answered and told him politely several times that I came to dinner. When I thought he didn't want to serve me, I told him to be nice so you could get my business. He asked me to go and told me never to come back. I don't think they need our business, so they're gonna find their way to insult customers. I am a decent professional engineer working in highly respected position, I have never experienced or heard such humiliations. people should avoid this type of business.

I went to lunch with my friend. it was Monday and very quiet. price was very reasonable (13.95) and buffet was good. interesting is that there were only a few Chinese food buffet along with ostinder. fried chow main was excellent! there are not too many things, but it is definitely worth their money!

Its an Indian restaurant with same buffet menu like other Indian restaurants. Tandoori chicken, Fish Amritsari, Butter chicken, goat curry on non-veg side and paneer butter masala, other veg curries from Indian cuisine. Soup and fried rice and noodles from chinese cuisine nothing else. Food...is dry and cold, trays were filled only 25% and they took lot of time to refill after they were empty. They did not clear the dirty plates until I left the place. $13.99 for a Saturday lunch buffet, its cheap compared to near by outlets. Try to visit the place at the time of opening for lunch or Dinner you can get freshly made food.
