Fresh Bistro - Edmonton

I was absolutely blown away during my first visit to this restaurant. The decor and ambiance were stunning, and I had a fantastic lunch with a colleague. The surroundings were top-notch and the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in a location I wouldn't have expected. I returned multiple times in 2019 and the experience was consistently excellent. Keep up the great work!

This is a great spot for breakfast. Their Eggs Benedict is delicious. They offer an early bird breakfast special which is definitely worth trying. I came back in November 2019 after a few months and noticed that there were new employees and the restaurant was under new management. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give them a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the food was. The Eggs Benedict sauce had changed but was still wonderful. The hash browns were different but delicious. I have since been back multiple times and the quality has remained consistent. I will definitely be returning.

My friend and I came to this new town craving food, hoping to find a restaurant. We quickly placed our orders and the food was delicious, according to my friend who finished everything. The service was fantastic - the staff was very attentive. I couldn't eat anything, but I would still come back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

That was my third visit to this great place. Works well so close to my office and the food is always consistent. Sometimes you have to wait to get a place, but it doesn't matter to hang a few minutes to the fireplace. The swirl on the ginger beef is excellent.

This little hidden gem is a restaurant everyone needs to try! We go quite often and I have never had the same thing twice and have never been disappointed. The presentation is beautiful and the taste is even better. The decor is relaxing and very modern. It's nice to have a fresh restaurant that is not a chain near work!
