Capital Pizza & Steakhouse - Edmonton

This restaurant in Edmonton serves the best pizza without a doubt. The toppings are fresh and plentiful, while the sauce and crust are just right. I highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

I have been dining at Capital for over 40 years. It used to offer great value and delicious food. The menu features a Lebanese twist on Italian cuisine, but it is very tasty.

I haven't been to Edmonton in a few years, but I visited recently for a concert and to reunite with some old friends that I used to hang out with when I lived here.

You order a medium pizza...in reality its a small pizza. You order a large pizza it's really a medium pizza. You pay premium prices...I paid $42 for the equivalent of 2 small pizzas which were not even loaded with toppings...(YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN MY FACE WHEN I SAW THE BOXES.) Once you get over the sticker shock the food was good but not enough to substantiate the cost or portion size. After being a customer for 35 years I am sad to say I'm done...I will never order from Capital again.

Expect no new plates to be served here, that is what they do best, traditional, large portions, there is a place for these places still, glad they have stuck to their guns!
