Boston Pizza - Edmonton

Went in and was served a tankard of Canadian right away which is the only reason that they even got this rating from me. I don’t mean to be a **** but that place was honestly the worst bp’s I’ve been to (and I have a young hockey playing kid so I spend a lot of time at bps..bps connoisseur I guess). Not one of the waitresses asked if I wanted to see a menu. There was a little tablet thing which I thought was how you order, but that apparently wasn’t it either. After about 20 mins I got one’s attention and asked for a menu and 10 mins after that she brought one. 10 mins later nobody had asked what I’d like to order. No idea how much the beer was (knew it was a dollar off,she at least told me that much) put down a 20 and walked out and went next door. (Another star rating for location, being right next door to sawmill) Working out of town for the next few months and this is the closest restaurant to me so thought I’d frequent this place but 100% will not be back.

We met family friends and were a large group. Excellent service. Great food. Very clean. Would recommend. Lots if room not too crowded.

We stopped in here for dinner. As always, BP has a big menu and it 's hard to choose from so much! We were pleased with our meal and the service was good. One comment though ... our server had very long hair and was wearing it loose. Luckily we never found any stray hairs in our food, but not only is it against the provincial health regulations for food service workers, it 's not very professional. Mentioning it here because although I did the BP online survey, there was no place there to give feedback on this. Seems they are less interested in real feedback and only want you to answer their multiple choice questions.

Went there with my friend, and we had girl Natasha on our table. She did everything amazing, and I would love to personally say thank you. Food taste great and would love to be there again. Went there few more times, and didn't had chance to talk again.

Great service, excellent foot. I was impressed that someone was running a carpet cleaner over the floor to keep it from looking grubby. Nice menu for our granddaughter, she loved that she could choose toppings for her sundae that came with the meal.
