Good service! Always very nice and helpful. I went a couple of times and the ladies that work their will help. They patiently wait for you to decide what you'll like. and overall good people, good service ,and especially good ice cream !!

Ice cream cakes and toppings another place I'd like to live in everyone's a great help and greets us with a smile and welcoming.

Store reopened after many months of being closed and seems much better managed. Staff were responsive and eager to please. Ice cream was fresh and delicious. Store seemed clean if a bit run down.

This Hamilton St. Baskin Robbins charges $2.00 more for handpacked pints and quarts (9.99 /13.99) than the Baskin Robbins on New Hampshire ave (7.99/11.99 or less). Maybe that's why no one is in the store except me. I'll know the next time. Make a fool of me once but not twice.....

Terrible store! Management needs better employees, we try to go buy some ice cream 20 min before they closed 9:40 and they didn’t want to open their door even though their sign stated they were still open and on google it shows they close 10 pm not 9 or 9:30!
