Baskin-robbins - Edmonston

Store reopened after many months of being closed and seems much better managed. Staff were responsive and eager to please. Ice cream was fresh and delicious. Store seemed clean if a bit run down.

This Hamilton St. Baskin Robbins charges $2.00 more for handpacked pints and quarts (9.99 /13.99) than the Baskin Robbins on New Hampshire ave (7.99/11.99 or less). Maybe that's why no one is in the store except me. I'll know the next time. Make a fool of me once but not twice.....

UPDATE: After contacting costumer service the manager called me to let me know he would honor the coupon. Unfortunately I could not make it to the store by the time he told me to be there so I still lost the coupon. Giving 2 more stars for the manager being kind enough to call and try to honor the coupon. If you are part of the Baskin-Robbins birthday club DO NOT come here to redeem your coupon. I came to redeem the coupon with my daughter and the cashier after ringing my coupon 4 times she said I could not use it because it was used before. I explained to her that I hadn't used it before that this was the first time and she said well that's what it says here. The cashier was really rude and insinuated I was lying. I lost this year coupon. This is the second time I've been treated very rudely at this store. For my part I will not be returning to this store I rather drive longer to go to another store that has more friendly employees

Unmmmmm why haven't I yelped this place. Yes Ma'am and Sir. Believe it or not, I come here often and alone. No judgments please a girl loves her mint chocolate chip, two scoops please. This place is awesome, if I'm ever hiding it's probably here. They make cakes.... You should try it!

Got there 10 minutes before they closed (9:50pm) the open sign was on but the doors were locked.
