Bidra med feedbackBest cup of coffee I've had in a long time. Delicious breakfast. Service could not have been better Great diner !!!
The food was good. I ate half my meal and took the rest home. The service was great! Three of us got there before my sister. We were there for while after she arrived and they didn't bother us to leave. Even though they were getting busy. Definitely worth the trip.
This was my very first diner experience ever and I’m happy to say I was very impressed. The entire place with the traditional American style decor, the food offering and the portion size along with the friendly staff was a refreshing experience. They have all the COVID related safety precautions in place. The staff has masks on all the time and they take your phone number and name before you enter the diner for health and safety issues (the lady at the entrance told us). The parking is ample outside the diner so you’d wouldn’t run out of it. The exterior was fancy and shiny and you could spot this diner easily from the street even at night. We went in here for breakfast on a Sunday. We ordered a couple of make your own omelette one with chicken and the other with sausage. We also had coffee, pancakes and eggplant parmigiana. They were all delicious. The portion size was huge and the prices were reasonable. They did mess up one of our sausage omelette (they skipped the sausage so it was basically just your normal egg omelette) but, once we did get this to their notice they gave us sausages on the side. We also tried one of their deserts namely the red velvet cheesecake and let me tell you, it was yum! The staff was courteous, the food delicious and the overall experience was fantastic. If you are in the neighborhood and wanna try a diner, this is a must try.
This diner has excellent quality in their hamburger meat. Everytime I come I get the ' party melt ' never have been disappointed. Also I must say this diner is very, very clean , which means a lot to me. You won 't be disappointed!
Started off my day with a nostalgic trip to Menlo Park Diner. Growing up near the area, the Menlo Park Diner was a staple visit! This day I started my day off with their power quinoa bowls. They had 3 different options for the power bowls and I ordered #3 on the menu which consisted a bowl of quinoa, fried egg, avocado and tomato's with a vinaigrette. The portion of this meal was very filling and I had some to take home. The staff and waiters were very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I asked various questions of the item I was ordering (since it was my first time trying it) and they made me feel comfortable for asking. When you enter you see the all these police patches collected by the restaurant hung up. Depending on where you are seated, if you sit in a booth you will see each booth has a mini song book (does not work now) where you could have played songs for 25 cents back in the day. The pricing was reasonable and the ambience was very much comforting along with the friendly and welcoming waiters/hosts. A next visit is defintely in the works.
