Spitaki Greek Taverna

Really nice food! Everything was tasty especially the octopus and the baked feta. I recommend booking a table in advance too. Staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. It is tapas style so the food comes out when it’s ready rather than all at once at the same time.

Our first experience of Greek food and we were blown away. The food was amazing from dips and bread to fish and meat dishes all delicious. I am not a sweet fan but the chocolate brownie was to die for. Friendly helpful staff and a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to return

Another local place we have never been but this is highly recommended. The food the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff, is well worth it! Lovely visit highly recommended and we will be back, but remember to book, you will not get in otherwise.

Really great atmosphere inside, staff were very accommodating as we arrived fairly late. The house wine was good and very well priced at £16 for a litre. Food arrived fresh and hot and each course was delicious and authentically Greek. Highly recommended

Amazing Greek food with good value. This is a gem in Edinburgh. I’d eat the prawn saganaki pita bread (best I’ve ever had) again and again, highly recommended!
