Pollos Asados La Cabaña - Edinburg

During our visit to Edinburg, we decided to stop by this restaurant, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! We ordered the whole chicken, which came with two sides—one of rice and another of beans, both of which were superb. The grilled chicken was truly delicious, and the prices were reasonable, accompanied by excellent service! The potatoes were also tasty, although I felt they could benefit from a little less cheese. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

Amazing flavors! I was looking for a homemade taste, and I found it here. The food is perfectly balanced—not too spicy and not overly smoky. It genuinely tastes like traditional "Carne asada cooked over wood." The side dishes are excellent complements to the meal. Plus, there's plenty of parking available for everyone.

The menu and food that was shown online was not what was available in the restaurant. However, the meat did have a good flavor, and the wait staff was quick and friendly. Prices were also reasonable for what we had.Food: 3/5

First time there. I will be definitely be coming back. We ordered the platter and the food was juicy seasoned perfect and had the most incredible wood open flame smoke taste.Food: 5/5
