This location constantly messes up my order and they are the only McDonald’s in the area. They don’t even seem to care when you ask for it to be corrected.
This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible, and I genuinely can't understand how they manage to serve the Edgewater area. First and foremost, the customer service is appalling; it’s clear that the staff doesn't want to be there. They seem to hire just anyone off the street, because every time I or someone I know orders from here, the order is consistently wrong. Plus, 90% of the time, the fries are old, overcooked, and completely drenched in salt. Today, I decided to give them another chance and went through the drive-thru. I ordered my food, which included nuggets, only to be told at the pickup window that “there's no BBQ sauce in the whole store.” When I asked for an alternative sauce, the employee just tossed two ranch packets at me. When I got home and opened my sandwich, I was shocked to find that it only contained a chicken patty—no mayo, no lettuce, just two old, moldy pickles on the sandwich. I don’t know what needs to change, but McDonald's should seriously step in if they care at all about customer satisfaction. I've attached a photo of my $15 sandwich, which is just a chicken patty on bread.
I ordered two meals tonight but only received one. I had requested a double bacon burger with no cheese, but instead, I got a single with cheese. The person who took my order was quite rude. My wife and I ended up having to cook at home after spending $27.00. Next time, I’ll just go to Burger King.
