I paid $19.11 for a combo. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order with only 3 orders ahead of me. How come when I ask for 4 packets of the house sauce, I 'm told I can give you 2 or 3. ? People in the service industry should really learn about how to provide exceptional service! Make it right for every customer.

This store is very clean and inviting. Someone will call out and welcome you when you enter. The employees are friendly and efficient. The display of food items is very well laid out and tells you a variety of things about each sandwich. Restrooms are clean and there is a good air change per minute.The sandwiches are very reasonable. My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch on wheat. The person who makes your sandwich does not hold back on the amount that is put on the sandwich.Be sure to install the Firehouse app so you can get the points applied when you buy sandwiches. Get enough of them and you can get a free sandwich!Get to this store for a great lunch experience.
