Bidra med feedbackI was here for two months and I was never asked for a “SANITARY PASS” or at least not the times I went there! So no respect for the law concerning SANITARY PASS! And fortunately today they finally decide to apply the law and ask the PASS! They are totally INCOMPÉTENT without forgetting the minimum waiting 20min! And the machine doesn't provide control paper! I don't RECOMMEND you in this place!
Hello, shameful experience lived yesterday at Ecully’s Mac Donald’s. I was able to see the incompetence and unprofessionalness of a person who presented himself to me as a manager. The scene took place on 9/12/2021 around 18:45. After having waited wisely, a teammate brings us a tray or the 3 sandwiches and the 2 fries are Tiède! So I take the tray back to an equipière and tell her everything is tidy... she is surprised by telling me that it has just been done, so I ask her to see by herself, and I will shave. 5 minutes later, the manager arrives with a new order, and allows himself to redo the story by indicating that I would have, I quote ‘crossed’ the tray on the counter, lack of respect in his way to address me, and was not up to his role as manager/manager, but not at all.... This person imbued with herself, was vulgar in front of my 7-year-old son, which motivated the writing of this opinion!!! other guests of the restaurant sitting next to me were also shocked by his behavior! When I see the reviews written on your Ecully restaurant it’s time, I think I’m doing something!! When it’s good you have to say it, but when the behavior of a manager is below everything you have to say it too!! Hopefully we remind this person that we must never lose his calm before his employer’s clients, and respect them of course. hoping to have a return from a manager on this experience more than unpleasant. A faithful but disappointed client. Well, I think it's a good idea.

Order at 12:43, with table service. Served 25 minutes later what starts to be long for quick restoration. Oddly the take-away orders are much faster! Inadmissible! It’s not because we eat on the spot that we have more time! And cherry on the cake: Burgers and fries served half cold, or even completely, and no towels (top: my son asks an employee who gives him out of his kind of banana, except that he is making the trash and that he does not disinfect his hands before!! Very medium in terms of hygiene. Burger and fries changed (what a waste of food!! tightened lukewarms, we will do with but obliged to eat very quickly from the blow (is that because of that I was sick half the night...? . And to crown it all, McDo very noisy (with the incessant beep of the appliances, Controlled pass to the control terminals only (and not at the entrance; My husband who had taken place was not so. Very medium here too! Anyway 1 and last time!!!
Deplorable service, unpleasant and incompetent staff who prefer to spend their time talking behind the counter that to serve us, dirty restaurant, trash cans overflowing while there is no customer, the soil was full of salad, the staff put 30 minutes to pick up, the toilets are in a terrible state, we were not asked for sanitary passes, the knights at the terminals!
