Bidra med feedbackI had a Gift card and went inside to order. I wanted to see what they had besides coffee drinks. I ordered, then stood back. Got my muffin after 10 minutes. Then I noticed other people getting their drinks and they ordered after me. I went up and asked the girl and she said we haven't made those yet?? What does that mean? Obviously they do not make the drinks in order that they get them! I still waited another 10 minutes. It has been 30 minutes now! An elderly , nice lady was there and I told her I had waited 30 minutes. She looked it up, couldn't find it ? and just made me one! THANK YOU! that other girl was making drinks and people were bringing them back because they were wrong. She would dump them out! Get rid of her or retrain her!!!! This was Saturday 9/7/2023 about 2:15 pm. I will never come to this Starbucks again! I could not see her nametag, I did look.
Workers were rude. the store was closed down early, even though it technically wasn’t supposed to close for another hour. when i was going to go into the building the workers just stood there and watched me try to open the locked door, then when i tried to go through the drive thru they told me that since they were closing in a couple of minutes they weren’t going to serve me.
It’s about a 3 minute walk from my apartment, i decided to walk today and get a drink and a snack. I got a venti dragon drink with vanilla cold foam, I also got a bumble bee cake pop. The girls there were so nice and my order was out extremely quickly. Drink and snack were delish too?Kid-friendliness: The ladies serving were dressed appropriately, and being super nice.

I want to compliment the fine staff at this Starbucks. On a Friday evening a few weeks ago, my children and I were about to leave a nearby restaurant on our bikes when my 8-year-old daughter fell, hurting her leg. I was trying to comfort her as she sat on the concrete crying when I noticed a Starbucks employee approaching us from across the parking lot. We weren't even customers, but she had spotted us through the drive-thru window and wanted to help. The employee (whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember) guided us back to the store and offered my daughter some Band-Aids and a cake pop, which rapidly turned her tears to smiles. It is these little acts of kindness that make the world a better place, and I want to make sure this employee and her co-workers get the credit they deserve!
