Landmark 1887 Grill Ale House

A little bit of a wait occasionally for meals , but the food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is relaxed and all its own. Often live music in summer and overall good surroundings (and excellent food!!! I love it ! 5strs for me for sure

Good music, low lights, great locally sourced food. Our waiter caught the scallops we enjoyed!

My favorite spot on the island. Great food, cold drinks and excellent service. You go there once and feel like you've been going your whole life. Big complements to the staff.

We knew there was a wait even though not all tables were filled. We had a nice wait person.... and all the cook could say about my filet after 2+ hours and of lots of bread was “it needs to be in the oven for 30 min”. We left without eating. On my birthday. You gotta have motivation for service. Or don’t do it. Being defensive is not a good business strategy. Regardless of who is right.
