1001 Thai - Easton

Great food and great service in a cozy Victorian house. I especially loved the pot stickers with green curry sauce appetizer. Also kudos to your serving staff for always keeping the water glasses full. That's actually one of the things that I love the most when dining out. I tend to drink a lot of water, especially in the summer so it's very much appreciated. Also the pumpkin curry a nice option that isn't seen on every menu. Good stuff all around.

Food was excellent, service was excellent, company was excellent, conversation was excellent. A great belated Father 's Day. I highly recommend that if you enjoy Thai food, this should be a 'must ' 'on your bucket list of culinary adventures. Also, if you know people who eat lunch down in the circle in Easton, tell them to venture a few blocks. 1001 Thai has a very good and reasonably priced lunch menu.

Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. We will come back, it was some of the best food we have eaten.

1001 Thai is amazing Delicious food is a understatement everything was amazing, I had the Shrimp Pad Thai spice level 4 , My daughter had the Curry with Chicken and my husband had the beef stir fry. For dessert we had the fried Banana with Vanilla ice cream and Creme Brulee. The staff is very attentive and make sure that you are well taken care of This is a wonderful addition to dining in Easton. Highly recommend trying 1001 Thai

Very delicious food! Had a few appetizers, a wonderful meal and splurged for desserts. All were delicious, fresh and tasty! I highly recommend! Thank you and welcome to Easton!
