Four Points By Sheraton Cleveland-eastlake

One of the better places in the locality, modern, clean, spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff. Well-priced for what you get and well situated just outside. Cleveland. Near major thoroughfares and close to shopping and food. We plan on staying here again when we are in the area.Rooms: 5/5

I wish there was a no star rating, I know most not gonna take one rating really won’t believe it or think it’s that bad… THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY UP TO MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY TERRIBLE! I watched as they only accommodates current people! Even made a man pay in cash!? Checking in seemed like a problem, was bothered by even helping! I do NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OF COLOR TO STAY HERE! After at 14 hour drive, still wasn’t worth finishing my check in, so I left rather find something else

I hosted my son’s wedding here and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The entire hotel staff was attentive and very kind and helpful. I will always recommend Four Points.

Great room and service. Will be staying there again. The only downside to staying here is that they do not offer a complementary breakfast buffet.Walkability: Easily walkable to Classic ballpark

I visited Ohio for a family reunion. This hotel was the host location. Pros: Pleasant staff, and the building was clean and nicely decorated. The room was clean as well upon entry. There was a bar for guests to have an evening cocktail, which was nice. The morning breakfast was the usual eggs, bread, yogurt, cereal, and fruit with coffee and juices. Coffee was available all day as well. Hotel is conveniently located near stores to pick up essentials and takeout. Cons: It didn't appear there was enough staff. The owner was overwhelmed at times and could be seen running around trying to do everything instead of staff assisting guests. The room was supposed to be cleaned, but the bed was not made. Only the towels were replaced and the garbage can emptied. Everything else was left untouched. That's a first! The dinner was held at the banquet room. The food was reheated frozen food that was just terrible; previously frozen salmon, hard reheated frozen vegetables, and roasted potatoes that had some hard ones thrown in. Vegetarian option was hard pasta with tasteless sauce, hard veggies, and the potatoes. Overall, this property is okay for a short stay. I would stay there again if I needed to in the area, but I would not order any food because it just wasn't good. There's better choices within less than a mile.
