Easy to order online and quick pick up right by the door. Cute building and friendly staff! Snickerdoodle bagels are yum!! They have sandwiches, too.

I come to tandem basically every weekend and I’ve never really had any problems but today was different. I understand it’s Christmas weekend but the blonde girl took my order and then turned around and had a conversation with another employee complaining on how they made her come into work. Realized she didn’t even take my boyfriend’s order. And then took his order. Usually the customer service is great but today was not. I wish she would have finished taking our order before turning around and talking to another employee.

Pretty good food pretty good value in a pretty big, very central location with outdoor seating. Just beware of the WiFi, in case you were going here for some laptop time. It is constantly slowing to a crawl or dropping offline, even when the shop ispractically empty. It has been that way for a long time.

Breakfast spot with designer style bagels and different varieties of cream cheese. I had The Tandem Classic on an Everything Bagel and the Siracha Maple on the Hot Spicy. All the flavor components were present and the taste was great but there wasbarely no cream cheese on either of the sandwiches. They also do not cut the bagels in half for you like most bagel shops do sowhen you go to cut them yourself all the toppings are sliding off and it becomes a mess before you can even take the first bite.I've also tried the Iced Coffee and their Iced Latte and both tasted subpar . I would've given 5 stars and overlooked themediocre coffee because it is a bagel shop, but the minimal thin layer of cream cheese and not cutting the bagels in half tomake it easy for people to share or just enjoy it without having to remake the sandwich.
