I was in the drive thru, definitely the worst experience, I said my order 3 times and then send me over the window, I stopped in the first one, they send me to the other window, then they send me to the other window to tell me that I have to go back and say my order again in a everything in a disrespectful way. So I went again, way and say my order two times, and send me over the window, the first window, that lady over there literally yelled at me asking which order was and then telling me that I NEED TO GO BACK AND SAY MY ORDER. So I definitely don’t understand this Mcdonals, I wasn’t the only one over there, we were in a party of 4 people and we all watched what happened, again, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN THIS DRIVE THRU.
Worst place, gave incomplete order. Many items missing.Always check your order before leaving this place. The two Spanish ladies working inside have no clue what they are doing or saying. Thankfully, the manager was really nice to sort the matter and told me to pick the rest of my order. Thou I had left the place so it was not convenient to go back.Please check your orders, do not trust them!
There’s a special right now, buy one get one for a dollar, quarter pounders and big macs, so i ordered two of each at the drive through. They forgot one of the QP’s. i told the lady and she got kind of annoyed, and immediately got the manager. Manager apologized, but then i say there’s for 5 minutes waiting for the burger, mind you i ordered a bunch of other stuff including hot fudge sundae, so now everything BUT the one burger they forgot is pretty much melted or only like warm. this happens often enough, where one item is missing but then you have to wait so long for it the rest of your food gets cold, that they should figure out a way to remedy this. Were not the type of people to make them remake the whole order, but i guarantee you other people will.
I went to order my food and he told me that he didn't speak English because my harsh language is like an American but I'm Dominican and I spoke Spanish to him and he told me that he didn't understand me and he closed the window on me. That's discrimination and being a Latina just like me and on top of that it's the shift manager should do something about it.
I requested two Filet-O-Fish for $6.00, but they didn't understand my order and tried to sell me a more expensive fish meal. Eventually, they agreed to my original request.
