Bob Cat’s Food For The Soul

I came here yesterday and the food was good so I decided to come back today 7/28/23 and they’re close but it’s says they open till 6pm. I live in Boston that was a wasted. ?Food: 5/5

Food is always delicious, staff is super friendly. My personal favorite is the shrimp skewers with yellow rice and asparagus. The j chicken sandwich is tasty and the different wing flavors great!Food: 5/5

I will say, their food is decent but their fries are to die for. I travel 35+ mins specifically to indulge in the crispy goodness. However my biggest complaint is the customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment.This is the third time I have traveled to be ignored, disrespected or simply gotten the wrong order.The employees do not greet customers at all, nor do they take their jobs seriously. Please work on customer service as you are desperately lacking.A few recommendations to make change:1. Greeting customers when they come to the window2. not walking away from the window while a customer is there3. double checking food items before they’re passed out4. new employees

Highly recommend this food truck! I’ve probably visited about 3 times so far.. the food is absolutely phenomenal, it is hot and ready quickly, and the people are some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with.. even stayed open a little later to make me some yummy food! I will be going back many times!

The food at this restaurant is expertly prepared, with excellent presentation and delicious flavors. I highly recommend this place, it is top-notch.
