Subway - East Staffordshire

Ordered cookies and order was wrong they've also gone up again to for which is really expensive And to top it off tasted different must of been old ones

I walked into the restaurant and was not acknowledged for the first five minutes because the staff was busy fulfilling online orders. I had to shout to get their attention. When I asked for nachos, they served me a few Doritos from a bag, topped with salsa and a small amount of cheese. When I requested more cheese, the staff member informed me that it would cost extra. Despite pointing out that the portion was minimal, the staff member reluctantly added more cheese without using the proper portioning scoop. I was thankful she didn't use the dirty scoop, but ultimately received just a few chips and some tomato sauce for my meal. I was disappointed with Subway's portion sizes and customer service.

Compared to the other Subway in Burton (the one next to Birds) this is far superior. Staff actually serve you when you enter instead of pretending to clean in the kitchen. Having a better understanding of sandwich construction too!. You all do an excellent job....I'll be back

I went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered a six-inch chicken tikka sub with a drink. The sub tasted strange, almost as if it had gone bad. I couldn't finish it and ended up feeling sick for the rest of the afternoon. Additionally, I felt that the hygiene at the restaurant was not up to standard.

Had to check it out... Perfect place to bring the kids for lunch. Really enjoyed the nachos and grilled cheese sandwich. The Stretton location is lovely. The staff was excellent.
