Chicken tikka kebab was great. Generous portion, very tasty and reasonably priced. Excellent place.

Aweful service as it was an online order some how the order switched to collection. Then chased the restaurant a very rude chap answered. And rather than giving straight answer he was abrupt rude and disconnected the call. What a great service they provide

Placed an order online, we waited half hour and made a call to see how long our food was going to be, to be told they had our money but don't know our order. We are then told a further 20 minuets, we call again after half hours waiting to be told the driver is on the way, another 15 minuets pass still not had our food, by this time its 10pm. When we finally got our food, the order was incorrect, chicken was burned and garlic bread was like rubber and chips were reheated chips, we called for a refund on the incorrect food, he told us no we will replace it, we didn't want a replacement as it was already so late, he then went on to rudely tell us we should have ordered earlier, 20 past 8 seems early enough to me. We had really poor service from this place and terrible food and to not give a refund for poor incorrect food is beyond me. Never again will we be ordering from here again, as this is not the only time we have had bad service and food from here. I really advise you to go elsewhere.

I ordered takeout for delivery and found the ordering process easy. The delivery arrived quickly and was within the allotted time, which was a good start. The large pizza was hot but only had pepperoni on it, not quite the deluxe version I was hoping for. The chicken and donner kebab, however, were nearly inedible and ended up in the trash. It was soggy, had low-quality salad, and the chicken seemed boiled in poorly spiced mix. The donner meat was pale and had a strange consistency. Overall, the taste and quality were very poor. The speed of service was great, but spending £20 on a meal that mostly went to waste is disappointing.

We went to this restaurant and ordered a pizza with cheese, tomato, and sweetcorn. However, as you can see in the picture below, the pizza we received was incorrect. When we called the restaurant to address this, they insisted that it was the correct pizza and even threatened us over the phone. The staff were rude and unprofessional, with no social distancing or mask-wearing in place, and were not following COVID safety guidelines. I advise everyone to stay away and avoid this company. I have also reported them to the food and safety hygiene council. Please read this review and do not support this establishment.
