Ciao - East Riding of Yorkshire

Steak very undercooked twice despite my preference *medium to well* being stated on order two times. Second time told no refund and not to order again! Disgusted. And I won’t be ordering again!

Very bland, expensive for the quality. I had Salmon Penne with a cream and white wine sauce. There was no evidence of the white wine sauce and whilst being perfectly edible it was nothing to write home about. A shame because it's on my doorstep.

The garlic bread lacked garlic might as well sold it as a plain bread The most tasteless beef stroganoff I’ve ever tasted large chunks of stewed beef in a water seperated sauce . No taste to the BBQ tiger prawns dish

4 of us ordered a takeaway dinner which was 3/4 fine overall, but my selection came as a huge mass of pasta in an admittedly delectable sauce, but I quickly ate the relatively few prawns that I discovered, leaving the majority of the pasta uneaten. Very thankfully I had supplemented the meal with a home-made salad. I will choose another main the next time we use Ciao.

Ordered several types of pizza on this night,very dry and tough. The pollo supreme had next to no chicken on it,and the rest of the ones I had were lacking the correct amount of toppings. Bland and Luke warm so won’t be back,used to be the best in the area but now someone is dragging the place down,soon to close if they carry on like this. Sorry but you were poor.
