Burger King - East Peoria

Had never had a good experience with this special restaurant. waiting times are unusually abnormally long, orders are made sloppily and often wrong. paid extra for speck and received a single incredibly small shrunk thing (see picture). if they can not waste their time with this location, they go to the morton or the university road in peoria. Otherwise they go to a competitive or better a local business. bildtes sandwich is supposed to be a bacon whopper melt.

Sa on the drive thru for over 10 minutes, said hallo several times and said I was ready to order before I finally said we are not taking orders now because it is a change. the individual was very loud and abrupt with the statement, I have never heard of a restaurant that shuts off for a longer time because of a shift. I'm sorry that the people behind me who order more than likely and hired for even longer. this was only the second time that I was in this Burger King, and it will be the last time.

They have literally like the lazyst workers. if they don't want to do anything, they just say they don't have it. Really? How did they not have one of their main menu items for over 2 weeks and you want to make $15?

I'm here from Texas, would be nice to find a fast eating place worth it. stopped a few weeks ago, ordered a breakfast sandwich. it was extremely cold, was disappointed, but they seemed very short workers so that they did not complain about this visit. today was the only one in the line and ordered 2 meal times. now they gave me my food right after taking my gelding, had to have cooked it and just sit there because it was cold again. don't waste your time or your money here. very disappointing.

Went above and beyond to correct my breakfast order and gift card issue this morning. A few hiccups here and there, but food is usually always fresh.
