At 1pm, I went through the drive-thru to grab some food for my children. The woman working there made us wait for several minutes at the drive-thru screen. When we finally said hello, all she responded with was "the system is down" and didn't provide any further information. As we passed by the front windows, we saw two employees sitting at a table, eating and on their phones. The screens appeared to be working fine as we drove by. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service.
I waited five minutes in the drive-thru to place my food order and when I asked if anyone was there, the employee was rude. After placing my order, I was told to pull up and wait at the window, even though I was the only one in line. I waited an additional 10 minutes to receive my food. When I unwrapped my burger, I was disappointed to find that it was cold and the bun was burnt. Save your money - this restaurant has terrible service and is a joke.
This store is awful! One star is too many! Staff has attitude self serve soda has been broken forever! They don't want to wait on you they need to just close this location!I called corporate many times they do nothing!
If I could give this Burger King a rating of 0, I would definitely do so. I am posting this review late, as I should have done it about 2 months ago. I hope that the staff I am referring to in this review no longer works there. This Burger King is truly awful. The only friendly person was the new girl at the register, and I felt sorry for her because the rest of the staff was rude to her when she asked questions. The employees were arguing with each other and messing up orders, and even the manager walked out, saying, "Don't do anything until I come back." There was a lady who had been waiting outside for her food for about 30 minutes. When she inquired inside, they did not provide her with food or a refund, so she left empty-handed. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food, and when we finally got it, it was not even hot. I have no intention of ever supporting this business again. The owner of this establishment should intervene and make changes, as the current employees will damage your business reputation, potentially leading to its closure, and all the blame will be on them.
