The cookies were delicious and arrived right on time. My nephew was thrilled when he saw the beautiful arrangement. Thank you! I will certainly order again.

The next day, when I called again, the representative showed no empathy and casually mentioned that their driver had encountered car problems, which caused the delay. While I understand that things happen, I was disappointed that I hadn’t been notified until I reached out myself. Eventually, the cookies arrived a day late, after I had already requested a refund since we were leaving town. They assured me that a refund was processed, so I thought the issue was resolved. However, when the cookies finally arrived, they were stale and of poor quality. By that point, we no longer wanted them. To add insult to injury, I discovered on Christmas Day that they never actually issued the refund, and my Afterpay account was being charged. I highly recommend finding a more reliable option for delivering treats. I hope this business can improve in the future, but for now, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
