Jersey Mike's Subs - East Mesa

I ordered threw uber eats, took forever to get and all the subs were WRONG!! I called the restaurant and they were rude and no help at all. We will NEVER NEVER go there again.

Absolute joke... $20 for this??? Giant Cheesteak... Should say Giant bread on their menu instead.

I have ordered from this store plenty of times, at least once weekly. I stopped because we usually order it for delivery and at least 50% of the time my order is wrong. Well my daughter is pregnant and she can't eat cold cuts and she wanted a cheesesteak sandwich, so we ordered last night. We ordered 5 different sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. I ordered mine with double meat and cheese, as you can see there's no double or cheese, I also asked for no MAYO in capital letters. Well not only did they not add the extras $6.00 extra) they put MAYO on a 1/3rd of the sub! We only received 1 bag of chips, so either the driver ate them or they didn't get added to the order. This is the last straw with this Jersey Mike's, just no attention to detail, I'm sure they would not want their orders screwed up 50% of the time!
