Baskin Robbins - East Meadow

If I could give zero Stars I would. I ordered online well in advance a graduation cake with the photo we designed it we placed it horizontally class of 2021 supposed to be picked up at 9:00 a.m. . I show up late at 12:51 p.m. the cake was not available they told me it was coming from another place that it wasn't shipped and to come back. I come back and it's all they did was print out horribly and place it horribly on a regular sheet cake it wasn't the cake I paid for and that I couldn't get a refund till the next day because the manager wasn't there. I wrote to corporate and I hope I get my refund.

I just came into the East Meadow Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location to get ice cream. I asked for two scoops in a sugar cone. The worker rings it up for $4.77 w tax and then tells me they don't have sugar cones and wants to use the wafer cones. I don't like those so I say put it in a cup. Normally when I order 2 scoops I get a medium cup. I go to pay and see a small cup on the counter. I say it's supposed to be 2 scoops she says it is she had to smush down the 2nd scoop; I say still this is a cup for one scoop and it's supposed to be double the size and a bigger cup. She insists it's two scoops I say what size scoop are u using bc this is definitely not two scoops and I angrily leave. I should have asked her to redo it but I wanted to leave so now I'm pissed and making a complaint. Why don't these stores train their employees how to serve ice cream and what a scoop looks like? $4.77 for nothing. I took pics too, to prove it. I'll not come here again or ask for a different employee next time. B

Do not come here, the service is absolutely terrible. Waited over 20 minutes on the ice cream line with no employee acknowledging us until we went over and said something. Don’t waste your time here.

The employees behind the register are AWFUL. Bunch of high schools on their phone t sharing tik tok videos and looking extremely bothered at having to help any customers coming in and basically fighting with one another about having to work. We went for ice cream with my nephews and the kid who was helping us couldn't care less about his job- flat out told me he had no idea what ice cream flavors were what. We pointed to help him out, and let him know some signs were definitely out of place and he said he had no idea how they go in, and when some of the ice creamLabels fell down he just tossed them aside and left them unlabeled entirely. He gave the smallest scoops, and the kids ice cream creation of a dinosaur he made was terrible. Didn't include the ice cream cone on top, or any of the key features that made it a signature creation (which we have gotten well made at other locations). I wouldn't go back which is a shame bc I always order my custom ice cream cakes through this location bc they had a great turn over.
