Bidra med feedbackThe employees behind the register are AWFUL. Bunch of high schools on their phone t sharing tik tok videos and looking extremely bothered at having to help any customers coming in and basically fighting with one another about having to work. We went for ice cream with my nephews and the kid who was helping us couldn't care less about his job- flat out told me he had no idea what ice cream flavors were what. We pointed to help him out, and let him know some signs were definitely out of place and he said he had no idea how they go in, and when some of the ice creamLabels fell down he just tossed them aside and left them unlabeled entirely. He gave the smallest scoops, and the kids ice cream creation of a dinosaur he made was terrible. Didn't include the ice cream cone on top, or any of the key features that made it a signature creation (which we have gotten well made at other locations). I wouldn't go back which is a shame bc I always order my custom ice cream cakes through this location bc they had a great turn over.
I went three days in advance to order a polar pizza. When I returned to pick it up, they didn’t have it ready. The employee at the register seemed surprised that I had come in to collect it.
It's Dunkin' Donuts, and I think it's better than Starbucks. There are just too many yuppies at Starbucks for my liking.
TO THE MGR: before you entrust your shop to teenage workers for the summer, please do your patrons a service and Train them properly, and if it's their first time- please.be on-site to supervise. If I wasn't watching this kid like a hawk, he would have given me 3, 3.scoop sundaes with 1/4 of the scoop size. Twice I saw him attempt to release the ice cream with his fingers, with no gloves on until he realized I was staring at him. All food is exorbitant these days, so when we do go out to buy treats and such, it's simple.enough to ask for what we pay for.the kid supposedly training him did nothing but work his mouth. I get that help is hard to find these days but it still is your business...protect it .
To the Manager: Before you leave your restaurant in the hands of teenage workers for the summer, please ensure they are trained properly. If it's their first time, please be present to supervise. If I hadn't been watching one young worker closely, he would have given me three sundaes with only a quarter of the usual scoop size—essentially fitting the entire order into a small cup. On two occasions, I saw him trying to scoop the ice cream with his bare fingers, without gloves, until he noticed me watching him, which seemed to spark some guilt. With food prices being so high these days, when we treat ourselves, we expect to receive what we pay for. This particular order cost $40! The worker who was meant to train him barely did anything but talk. I understand that finding good help is challenging, but it's still your business—take the necessary steps to protect it.
