1. We had to wait for an hour and a half before getting our food (starters and drinks, imagine). 2. When the pizza arrived, it had ribs that were not even deboned. I'm not sure about other people, but for me, it's kind of hard to eat it if you have to remove bones first. I will not be returning to this establishment. I was extremely disappointed in everything. Please do better!!!

Great service. Pizza is awesome and the Rum (Captain Morgan is always top shelf. Food arrived under 6min and was fresh and crisp. You get a true friendly South African vibe from the staff, like they happy to be serving you. It doesn't get better than this. ; Update 24/05/2023 Service is now a flat zero. Upon entry, I'm told to sit wherever I want and then I'm completely forgotten about . No menu, no offer of something to drink and they weren't busy at all. I doubt it that the staff noticed that i left after 15min. Came to Cafe Bella instead. Got helped immediately, got coffee in the first two minutes and I'm already updated on the progress of my pizza. Sorry Panarotti's, but I just found a business that is customer focused. Farewell.

Vusi, manager on duty from 10 12:30 29/12/2022 needs to be demoted. Understaffed restaurant, 6 waiters needed to run around to prepare drinks, coffee and assist in kitchen with only 2 kitchen staff and no barista, while he was nowhere to be found or standing around. Waited 2 hours for pizza.
