Bidra med feedbackI was served by a wonderful cashier last night, and I felt truly welcomed from the start. The music was fantastic, and everything seemed to be off to a great start. However, after waiting about 30 minutes for my order of a sweet chili wrap and four dunked wings, I decided to stand up to get noticed. Thankfully, I was reassured that my order was the next one up. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the initial order for the wings hadn’t gone through to the kitchen. I wasn’t too bothered by that, but what really upset me was how the kitchen staff spoke to the cashier when he went to check on my order. I witnessed the conversation, and I found it disheartening that they didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge that it was a system error and not the cashier’s fault for the wait. I just can’t approve of the way some staff members communicate with each other in front of customers. While I believe the store has potential, fostering better relationships among staff and enhancing customer service will be key to its success.
The service was very slow, and the staff had a poor attitude, particularly towards the third-party delivery workers. They were treated poorly, as if they were second-class citizens, disregarding the fact that these delivery personnel are also providing a service for KFC customers.
The chicken was delicious, just like the KFC I know and love. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly.
The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly, providing quick service. However, they should consider getting a generator to handle power outages.
I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. When I visited, it wasn't crowded at all, and I waited for less than 10 minutes for my table.
