RUDE MANAGER. We went to swiss chalet on June 23 2019. I guess they had a dinner special. We arrived at 6.30 pm, as I was walking in the manager was heading towards me she yelled at me we are closed read the sign on the door I wasn 't able to read the sign on the door as the door was propped opened. Wow she basically shoved me out the doors. I was shocked I didn 't understand why she needed to be so rude. I didn 't even have a chance to speak. This manager know us very well as we are regular customers but not anymore. It is obvious she isn 't capable of handling any type of situation she should be prepared to be busy and be able to delegate to others so that customers are informed accordingly. I expect an apology as this ruined my night. There is no need to be rude and unprofessional.

Service was awful. The usher made us wait 15 mins while she just walks around. We sat at our table for another 15 mins, nobody came to get our orders or grabbed is water. Go somewhere else if you want to have a good meal

I'm still sitting in the drive through... it's been almost half an hour. This is ridiculous and not the first time the drive through has taken a very long time. If you want this for dinner you better start your order before you get hungry and have nothing else to do but wait. Not impressed.

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Terrible customer service. Last time we ordered take out here, they took over an hour to deliver the food, the delivery man had an attitude, and the food was cold. This was obviously unacceptable and told us that next time we ordered something there would be a discount on our account, (or some other BS along those lines) and now tonight we called for take out (tried convincing my parents otherwise since they were so terrible last time) spent over half an hour on the phone arguing because they were so unorganized and didn't have our phone number in the system. They were incredibly rude and not willing to help. This is not once but TWICE they have screwed us over and messed with my hanger. Never spending our money here again and neither should you if you love yourself.
