Bidra med feedbackThe TV didn't work, there was no hot water and the microwave was dirty. I booked two nights, but no one was in the morning at the reception, so I could look after one night. I tried to call the advertised phone number and got a message that it wasn't in service.
The worst experience. The rooms are terrible. Hair covers shower and bathroom with pills all over the ground. Very bad customer service, literally a few kids running the show. No computer in the office to check our stay. No flowing water, stains on bed tv does not turn in and more. Don't waste your money here!!
You don't stay beyond a doudt. The head of the motel or the person who met us at the desk, in simple words a love in the headlights, absolutely no idea what his job was. We prefer to buy locally to support small businesses, but they prefer to watch TV. We stopped at 2:00 in the afternoon, arranged the bell, but the office visitor preferred to see TV 3 foot from the office area. When the office visitor came to the desk, he stared at his computer and advised to check was not until 4:00, we said we were back. We returned at 3:45 and received a key for our cabin. The room looked like one, the bed and the room was completely disgusting, not clean on a ĺlllllllll, so 2 others left the TV to clean the room 5 min later report was as if it were untouched. Even if I were a backpacker looking for a hostel, I wouldn't stay. When we were elected not to stay, we were told that we had to contact the refund specialists who did not even answer the first attempt. The office visitor assured us that our reservation was canceled and no fee was paid. They charge not only over the original fee, but also an additional fee of over $189.00. No one will propose to stay there.
We stayed there in mid-July and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, kitchen and separate bathroom. The motel is renovated, so we were the only guests in the night. The motel has changed names, so look for EGM on the side of the building; it is over the street from a café and a large purple spoon. There were snack bars and other items left for us to use in the kitchen/to eat/to drink. We'd stay there again.
We were supposed to stay here on July 3rd, 2022, because of snow and going to the sun road still being closed in Glacier National Park, we cancelled our trip and are trying to cancel our reservation, but can 't get a hold of anyone, the website said we can cancel for free but we were now charged for the room. Reading the other reviews , we were upset to see that other people had almost the same issues, now we 're on the phone talking to someone at the hotel and he says he doesn 't have a record of the reservation, AFTER my friend 's credit card had already been charged a few months ago....we went through Booking.com also....he 's now telling my friend that we booked at the 'sister ' hotel....no working phone numbers to contact the 'sister ' hotel or working email to contact anyone there....we only found a phone number after I found this site and a different phone number that someone posted here...he says he 's going to talk to the other manager and saying they 're 3 weeks into new management and trying to deal with what they left behind
