Sushi 8 - East Geelong

I always eat with my family and we love it there. The prices are great, the food tastes amazing and the dishes are huge. The staff is also very friendly.

A curious experience with beautiful employees who have absolutely no idea what they do or what they serve...? It was kind of like it was in a children's tea party, totally indescribable, make it up as you go, even borderline alarming at times, but it's been working everything. The restaurant is a little dive, not even clean. Dust bunnies around my feet were very good to put my bag and relax, but the food was decent and quite affordable, the ultimate priority. I wouldn't recommend about the options, but it's okay if you're not much.

I thought of a quick sushi menu and was thrilled with the result. Excellent sushi. I went back and had some of the noodle dishes and enjoyed them too. Only the pork in the ramen was not as good as you might find in more expensive Japanese restaurants, but the beef and noodles in a fog broth was as good as me. The service is fast and the ladies who serve are very attentive. Free tea with every sitting meal also. Very recommended.

Sushi 8 has been my go-to spot for the past three years while working in Geelong. The quality of their sushi and sashimi has always been consistently great. They also offer a variety of delicious hot lunch specials that are worth trying. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, even willing to make sushi rolls for customers nearing closing time. Unlike many sushi takeout places, Sushi 8 maintains their quality and portion sizes without increasing prices. Even though I work in Melbourne's CBD and eastern suburbs, Sushi 8 in Geelong remains my top choice for Japanese takeout. I hope they continue to impress in the future.

The sushi is top-notch and you can't beat the $10 lunch deal. I wish all sushi was this delicious.
