Bidra med feedbackThe food was decent, but the service was well-intentioned yet somewhat oblivious. I had to repeat my order multiple times before the staff seemed to understand. After a long wait, the food finally arrived. This place might be suitable for bagel lovers with plenty of time to spare for a leisurely lunch.
During our recent trip to Geelong, we frequented A spot for Joe for breakfast and coffee every day. Situated conveniently in the heart of town with plenty of parking, we never had trouble finding a seat. The staff was welcoming and prompt, the coffee was exceptional, and the menu offered a variety of freshly prepared short order items. We highly recommend A spot for Joe to anyone visiting Geelong.
During my business trip to Geelong, I stopped by A Spot For Joe for a takeaway coffee and light breakfast. The service was quick and friendly, the cafe had a great atmosphere, and the coffee and fruit toast were delightful. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Geelong to try more items on the menu and enjoy another delicious long black coffee.
Had great brunch, service good, coffee excellent, I had Mexican bowl fantastic, seats need padding for better comfort. Otherwise great cafe in Geelong.
I have just returned from having coffee with a friend at A Spot For Joe. It was recommended but turned out to be awful. We would have liked a snack but $9 for a ham and cheese toastie was a bit steep. so we settled on a coffee each. My friend ordered a latte and I ordered a flat white. Out came two identical coffees but in different cups. Both were way too cold. Both had froth despite mine being a flat white. After a few sips, we took the coffees back and advised they were too cold. A few minutes later we got served fresh coffees. This time a slightly warmer luke warm. It could be the best coffee beans in the world but served luke warm destroys any chance of tasting the coffee. It may be fancy to have a leaf emblem drawn in the froth but not when it is a flat whit.
