Bidra med feedbackNever received my food order, they weren't able to refund me because they closed. I tried calling customer service the next day and was on hold. Nobody ever picked up.
Poor service and dirty. The sushi was okay but the iPad ordering system seems to have removed most of the customer service from Minnow. The cheesecake was awesome though, hence the extra star.
I got a meal I didn’t like and ordered a different because it was promised that I’d get my money back for the other meal that wasn’t good but never did and I’m from out of town!! It was a bit frustrating and everything was bland no flavor
I am so glad that I went to the breakfast, first the people visited not ignore each person as I saw in other areas. eating was great, an amazing amount for two people and the extra amount worth. the waitress was accommodating and made sure I had everything and everything was good. Thank you!
Beware of this place. The cashier will charge you for food they don't have and try to offer you a different item. She will then say she doesn't know how to reverse a credit card transaction. The manager Rolondis Bush will come with his tight pants and attitude and give you a partial credit and tell you the transaction has to clear to show the full value of the refund???? I'm confused, I'm reporting this place to my credit card company and the better business bureau.
