Overall a good experience, but SUPER ANNOYING that the ride workers do not try to fill the rides to maximum capacity each time they run. Currently waiting in line for The Blizzard, and there have been multiple times the ride has run with empty seats. The ride worker has not once asked people further back in line There are two/three seats available does anyone have this many in their party? I know the seats aren 't broken because other people have been riding in those seats on differently turns. We have experienced this on multiple other rides, as well. Would just be a nice courtesy to patrons if they tried to fill the rides on each turn.

My 5 year old and 8 year old love this place! It's the perfect place to go to that is not overwhelming and so much to walk. My only complaint is that they do not feed their animals any fresh food! Everything is concentrated dry food. They don't have carrots for purchase! Please santas village make this an option! Rides are great! Reminds me of a how awesome carnivals used to be back in the day. Funnel cakes are pretty darn good! Oh! Let me not forget to mention that parking is free and that they have added a new ride! Super fun for my whole family!

Our family had an absolutely amazing experience when we visited with our two little ones, aged 3 and 5. The delight on their faces as they hopped on numerous rides, played games, and even got to mine for rocks was truly priceless. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the park was well-maintained and clean. It was a day filled with joy and countless memories. We are so grateful to have a park like this within 30 minutes of our home.

It was really fun. BUT Food is expensive and get your tickets ahead of time because at the gate it was wayyyy higher than what I saw on the website. Computer system was down and charged my husband twice. Had to get in line multiple times. But it was fun

My daughter and I really enjoyed driving through the theme park for their annual lights display. It was magical. At the end we had some cocoa, and deep fried Oreo cookies (OMG delish). We also had a great time taking photos with the displays. It was a really fun little adventure!
