I ordered 4 subs on the app yesterday. Subway emailed me the confirmation and time of pick up. I paid via the app. When I arrived at the store, the employee told me that they didn’t receive any online orders, and that they could not give me the sandwiches I paid for, nor could they refund me. I showed her my confirmation, order number, and transaction number. She said “there is nothing I can do.” She said she could make my sandwiches, I’d have to pay again, and then IF the online order shows up in her system later, she would refund me.What!?So I’m out $28. Was never refunded. The store does not answer their phone and does not have a voice mail set up.
Eating was good, but terrible service there was a worker and he was slower than a turtle over the street and looked like he didn't want to be there
We’re still in a pandemic and you’re letting people in line without a mask and letting them wear the masks wrong in line. What the hell, they can take their masks off while their eating not in line.
