Bidra med feedbackI typically don’t write reviews, but after experiencing a series of disappointing visits, I feel it’s necessary for someone in charge to take notice. There needs to be a serious evaluation of how this restaurant operates. Firstly, the cleanliness is unacceptable. Secondly, I’ve placed multiple online orders, and today I ended up waiting almost an hour longer than expected. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled order time only to be told that my order had been given to someone else, despite them not even starting my order when I arrived. To top it off, I noticed several employees taking smoke breaks in the back. As someone who has worked all day in the sun and is coming home to my family, this is incredibly frustrating, and this isn’t the first or second time I’ve had this issue. I understand that mistakes happen, whether due to staff shortages or peak times, but there’s a lack of care in the food, and this shouldn’t be a recurring experience. This is not what I expect from other locations.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. It’s unacceptable for a place to be so unprepared and unable to handle basic tasks. It's embarrassing, and it’s clear that the management doesn't care about their customers. They really should consider closing their doors if they can't improve.
The food was outstanding and the staff was friendly! While the service can occasionally be slow, my visit today was impressive—they managed to serve about 15 people in just a few minutes. Great job, Manager Brittani!
I’m giving this restaurant a 5-star review today because, even though the staff almost forgot one of the cookies and the kids' sour cream on the side—and maybe one other item—they were very open to checking and confirming everything. In the end, there were basically no mistakes! Additionally, a very satisfied customer who works at another restaurant in town recognized me and told his wife that we were going to have a great experience today. LOL!
We placed our order over the phone on our way to the restaurant and arrived exactly when the online system indicated our order would be ready. Unfortunately, the order had not been prepared, and there was a lack of organization among the staff. It was unclear if a manager was present or aware of what was happening. We had to make multiple trips to the service counter to collect all the items we ordered. The restaurant itself was quite dirty, with spills in front of the drink station and tables that had not been cleaned.
